Shipping Policy
All items ship USPS First Class (unless otherwise requested by customer) within 3-5 business days.
Refund Policy
I will issue a refund if an unwanted item is returned in good condition, or if the item arrives damaged.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I allow cancellations before the order is shipped. Once the item has shipped, it can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a product of equal value. For a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping. If an item arrives damaged, I will send a replacement free of charge.
